Excellent addition to my morning porridge!
I'm a big fan of Beet It Sport, having used the shots and Nitrate 3000 for training/ events for about 5 years. The Crystals are a great addition, as they actually taste really delicious!!! This won't completely replace the shots for me, as they aren't as convenient to take, but I find them great to have with porridge/ cereal on the weekends, if I'm training in the morning. Also more convenient for hand luggage.

Not sure it should be one hard crystal. wont let me return.
