I really like the convenience of the spray bottle, which I can easily take with me on the go. I am terrible at having to take pills or carry them around with me, and this is such a fun delivery. The vanilla peppermint flavor isn't bad at all and takes away that more vitaminy flavor one might expect. I spritz a few sprays into my mouth when I am trying to be refreshed throughout the day, and I have noticed it gives me a little bit of an energy bump, especially when I hit that energy lull at work in the afternoon. Without using it for many months, it is hard to say how efficient it might be in delivering all the nutrients it has, but I will take anything.

This MAY work, it may be all in my head. I know most of this stuff is placebo effect and not backed up by science. I am a firm believer in mind over matter, so if it's placebo effect, then whatever. I just don't feel comfortable rating something like this without being hooked up to proper medical equipment measuring the changes that the product CLAIMS happens.The cognitive function part, maybe. I did have a few productive days since using it, but I am not exactly a sloth at work to begin with. As far as the TASTE of the prodcut it is not horrible. Vanilla and mint are a weird combination in conjunction with the Stevia aftertaste. The sprayer itself mists well and the product dissolves and is easily swallowed without leaving any kind of weird coating or film in your mouth.

The primary reason for ordering this spray was for the sake of controlling my husband's blood pressure and overall heart health. This spray is easy to take, as I have tried it myself a few times. The flavor is tolerable, and it dispenses effortlessly in a spray form. As far as benefits and results, it's not bad. I felt a little less inflammation in my body than normal, and it did assist with slightly lowering my husband's blood pressure. There are only 30 servings per bottle, so my husband used it every other day to extend the use of it and to be aware of any potential side effects. The price point is a bit steep, but there is an overall sense of wellness after taking it.

Portable and tastes yummy. Be careful of the dosing guidelines-- no more than 8 sprays per day. I found 2 per day to be just fine. I haven't noticed any boost to my energy, but I may need to be mindful to notice the effects.

This has a more or less tolerable flavor. I did not notice any major effects through regular use, but I do think its moderately decent prior to some activity or a workout. I don't think you'll notice it as much as caffeine or other things that directly trigger the CNS, but overall its a fine addition to your day. You can do either 4 pumps twice a day or 8 pumps, but I like to split them up. I didn't notice a major difference either way.
