Q: I’m having problems using this. It just does not seem to want to disperse/dissolve into my sorbet base. I’ve tried bringing the base to a boil even..

To start with it was a bit tricky, but I watch a you tube demo and it worked well. I find it easier to use if it's mixed before going into the base mixture.

Q: Are there any instructions how to use it in eggless cakes ?

Silk gel is very easy to use. Just needs to be added to your recipe to improve texture, mouthfeel, stability and durability. How to Use: Add 3-5g of Silk Gel to 1 litre of your base mix. Silk Gel is very easy tu use and can easily dispersed into a warm liquid base just add and mix well. If using a cold base, the gel should first be mixed with a small amount of hot water then added.
