Does exactly what it says on the tin.
I needed this to water seal a motorhome roof and a very large pop up swimming pool. Application is messy as it's very sick and it has long fibres in it. You will need a sturdy brush and be quiet generous painting it on. Once you done you'll have a look at the can and realise it takes 2 days to dry and then you will panic, or at least that's what I did 🤣. Don't worry it's immediately waterproof and it doesn't matter how long it takes to dry because ... it's immediately waterproof. It's robust and flexible enough to handle children leaping all over it for months.
