Spartan Mounts AR-15 Wall Mount + PMAG Rifle Display (R/L)

There isn't much to say. This is a very sturdy (what appears to be 3D printed) block of plastic/resin with no give to it so it securely holds the firearm in place. A cut out in portion that goes into the mag well includes a cut out in it to replicate a standard AR mag so as to lock in place and require the use of the mag release to release the firearm from the mount.The only way that I don't see this working for someone is if they have accessories on the left side (the side that will face the wall) of their AR that extend over an inch from the handguard.I mounted mine to a stud in the wall instead of relying on the three drywall mounts provided as I wanted to be sure that it was secure. For me, that required an extra screw that was long enough to ensure it was well seated into the 2x4 stud.This, along with their AR pmag wall mount system, are really simple, effective solutions for wall mounting ARs and pmags to regular drywall without the need to get into a more elaborate mounting and fastener system.

I can not believe the customer service! After purchasing the item, I found out that it was not fitting my Springfield Armoury gun lock. It would not fit through the bottom hole! After posting a question on the product, I was refered to their support email. ([email protected]) I sent an email and they sent me a custom version with bigger holes were shipped to me. AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY!I just got it in the mail, installed it, and am very happy. This made me so happy that I dropped what I was doing to type up this review and take pictures.10/10 will buy other products from Spartan Mounts.

I love the spartan mounts. I have a couple. For horizontal gun mount no worries bud I turned mine at approximately 30° angle (looks bad ass) to get all three screw holes in a stud. At that angle the magazine will slide through the slot and fall out but a small piece of soft fuzzy half of the Velcro strip provided exact amount of friction to keep it in there but still easily removed. Love the ingenious lock cable holes. Guns are mounted and locked to a wall stud quick easy and low profile

I was worried I would have to mount into a stud but the drywall anchors are beefy enough that I only used the provided screws. It holds my AR well and I am not worried about it falling even with a loaded mag underneath.The design does not allow for large profile accessories like flashlights and rocket-propelled raptors if you have them on the sides but if you have a clean minimal AR this will do the job just fine.

This thing is awesome! All of my buds want one now that they've seen mine. You can use two Magpul clamped 40 round p-mags together on the bottom and have 80 rounds ready to go at a moments notice. Absolutely love it and will purchase more!

Just got my first mount and immediately noticed these are 3D printed ... props to Spartan for using a 3D printer for actually making a useful product! I'll be buying more of these; no question. My AR will mount/lock from either direction (mag release facing out or facing in). So, if you have some accessory that sticks out too far on one side (though I can't fathom what that might be), you can mount the gun the other way. Though it's a low clearance mount (a good thing), you can still get to the mag-release if want to mount it facing inward.Great product! Will be buying more!!

Easy to mount, works great, looks awesome.. exactly what I was looking for.

Install a "L" bracket to mount vertically... it makes a perfect wall mount. Also for extra security it has a hole to install a cable lock in the magazine well.
