I ordered these after a lot of research wanting a good claim vitamin. My doctor suggested when I take D3 it needed be a blend with K2. This is not easy to find the combination that is good. Natural quality. This is a great value for a great product. It has helped with my joint pain.

I really like this product. I've been using Sports Research products for approx 8 years. These specific gel capsules are very small and easy to swallow. I'm on my 3rd bottle of D3 + K2, because my primary care doctor recommended as a supplement.

I like the product. It seems to be good quality. My only complaint is when companies send a big container with it half full of product. Seems misleading and wasteful.

Theoretically, most people who are primarily indoors do not generate sufficient vitamin D. But the reason I share and gift this to others is the combination with K2 reduces bruising and bleeding issues, and the small transparent caplets are easy to take daily.
