I've been using the D700 Dash Cam for about a week now, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance and features. Here’s a breakdown of my experience so far:Image QualityThe 4K front camera is extremely crisp, nothing at all to complain about here. I can easily read license plates, road signs, and capture fine details both day and night. It also has a wide angle allowing the camera to see all around the car very well and reduce blind spots. The image clarity at night is particularly impressive, so there is nothing to worry about in terms of visibility. I was a little worried about the 1080p back camera quality, but this has also exceeded expectations. When watching replays of the back camera the quality is perfectly acceptable and I can see fine details with ease.Touchscreen & SettingsI've used the GKU D600 before (essentially the same camera without a touchscreen) and the difference of having a touchscreen is a huge user experience upgrade. Navigating through settings, viewing footage, and making adjustments is a breeze. The UI which displays on the screen is super intuitive and simple. It’s small enough to not be a distraction but large enough to clearly display what you need. I also really like how the screen turns on when you turn your car on and displays the POV of the camera, then after 30 seconds or so the screen will go to sleep so that it doesn't distract the driver. Overall the touch controls make it easy to adjust features without fumbling through buttons, a big win for ease of use. In terms of settings, there are a ton in this camera which can be changed via touchscreen or in the app. I was not fond of the loud boot-up noise or the various loud sound effects as you navigate through the camera, but thankfully you can turn all of these off. The major customizability of this camera is also a win.WiFi & GPS TrackingThe built-in 5G WiFi is lightning fast! When I view the large 4k videos on my phone over the Wi-Fi there's virtually no buffering/loading which is really impressive. I also love the GPS tracking feature, since it adds a layer of security to my video footage via location and speed logs. Speed logs on the video in particular are really useful since, in the event of an accident, I will have proof that I wasn't speeding.Loop Recording & G-SensorThe loop recording works seamlessly, it essentially will take 1 minute of video then stop and immediately start a new video, so that the camera doesn't get loaded up with huge videos. This setting can be changed to have longer recordings. I like the concept of the G-sensor since it ensures important footage is saved during any collision or sudden impact. I haven't used it yet and hopefully won't need to, but I feel much more secure knowing that crucial moments won’t be overwritten.Super-Capacitor/DurabilityThe dash cam’s super capacitor is a feature I didn’t think I’d need but now appreciate. I live in a place where the weather fluctuates between very hot summers and cold winters, and so far in hot weather this dash cam has worked flawlessly without overheating. The fact that it comes with a 64GB SD card right out of the box is a big plus too, no need for additional purchases!Customer SupportI will also add that the customer support for this camera is phenomenal, they were very quick to respond and helpful when I set up my extended warranty. No complaints here either!Final ThoughtsOverall, you really cannot go wrong with this camera. After a week of using it, it's clear that GKU puts a ton of thought and effort into their dash cams, there really is not much to complain about with this besides the loud sound effects which can be turned off in settings. The GKU D700 is packed with value and is well worth the price. Highly recommended!

Can't say enough great things about this dash cam. I had to replace my previous one that cost me almost $500 and this one at $100 blows it out! Crisp quality videos for both front and back. I love how I can connect this to my iPhone via WiFi and get the vidoes off the cam. The app works very well without crashing! The touch screen on the dash cam is so convenient and makes everything easy. Oh and lastly, the GPS geo-tags your videos! It comes with a 64GB SD card and everything you need to install it. English manual included without the typical translation errors!

This dash cam is slim and nice looking. The screen is a touch screen so you don't have to keep pressing left/right/enter buttons to get to the menu/area you want to reach, you can do it with your finger. The resolution is very nice. The front/rear cover enough area for any accident/impact you might get from rear or front. I removed the memory card and saw the recorded videos on the computer and the resolution is super clear. You get plenty of cable length and the included instructions are short but well detailed, very easy to follow.My previous dash cam was a pain to connect via WIFI, with this camera, you just scan a QR code and bingo, you are connected, can't be more simple than that. So far very happy with the camera and with GKU.I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly.

This is a decent Dash Cam. It has good picture quality and very easy to install. I like the fact that it is compact but at the same time, it also has the touch screen. Touch screen is quite handy when interacting with the Cam without the phone. It also has the GPS support. Quite impressive. The only thing I wish is, the app on the phone is a bit basic. I think the UI can be better. I noticed that the volume control is just 3 levels. It should be more gradual instead of discrete steps and only three steps. Overall, well made and very decent for the price. Highly recommended.

Dash cam has very good 4K quality and easy to set up. I also love that it comes with the 1080 P rear camera. Also, the 5 GHz band file transfer is very fast. Takes about 20 seconds or less to transfer a one minute 4K file. My only downside is the microphone is not that clear and at times it sounds like it’s muffled. Overall, a very good dash cam especially for the price.

This dash cam feels thoughtfully made.The front camera is very crisp with 4k and the rear camera does the job with 1080p.The cable installation was a breeze with the tools provided and the cable length perfect for my SUV.There is a screen saver option where the screen gets dark even while recording after being on for 1minute. (can change to 2 mins or 3 mins in the option with this option on) This is really nice as I am not distracted due to the screen while driving.The front camera weighs a bit and the static film sticker provided was not as high quality so the dash cam eventually fell off. But the customer service was excellent and they provided me with a different set of static film at no cost. It is secured now. It locks the video when it detects crash or impact where it records it and does not delete it as part of the loop recording. The loop recording is nice as it records continuously while the oldest saved videos are deleted automatically.The app is easy to use as you can use wifi at home to connect both camera to the gku App. The recorded videos are in 5min interval which is the perfect length to look for recorded videos. The video angle is also nice as it manages to record vision wider than the drivers point of view- it is able to record a little bit of blind spots on the side. The touch screen is brilliant and makes things easy to access the menu.The microphone also has mute option so you can mute too. I was not disappointed with this product at all and the product reviews were right.I am glad I went with this product and recommend to others.

Was die Auflösung anbelangt kann man hier nur staunen ebenso wie man über das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis staunen kann. Diese Autokamera ist auf jeden Fall ihr Geld wert und für mich ganz klar mit 5 Sternen zu bewerten!

One touch video and collision video lock. Active GPS and Speed are great to have on the recording. 5G WiFi and (up to) 5 minutes loop recording. The app for it (GKU Go) is useful and easy to use.Everything you need is included. 1080p Rear camera included, long USB-C power cables, 64GB micro-SD card detailed instruction manual AND even a tool to help hide the wires.I love this camera. And a really decent price for the amazing quality! I just got the hardwire kit for easily attaching the power to your inside fuse box. This is so convenient, and is needed for the Parking Monitor.I would recommend this Dashcam to anyone!
