I have a vitamin D deficiency and after taking these for a few months my blood work showed improvement. They work when taken correctly. Chew them completely before swallowing, and take them regularly. They’re a fat soluble vitamin, so I take them with food for better absorption.I’ve ordered these multiple times & will continue to. They taste, smell, and feel like regular gummies. They’re not sticky or stuck together in the bottle. Just like regular gummies, if you store these in direct sunlight or in a place that will get warm for an extended period of time, they’ll get sticky.

The gummies taste great and most importantly, they’re effective and work! They have never caused negative side effects, and are easy to chew and swallow. Highly recommend getting them if you’re looking for a quality Vitamin D gummy!

Taste good. My vit D levels have returned to normal. Not sure if it’s from these or sunlight but everything is back to normal now. I have been taking them daily for close to a year.

This product is a must have it assist both mentally and physically.
