JJC Waterproof Extremely Tough Memory Card Case MC-2 for 4 CF Cards 8 SD Cards, Black

I remember first seeing this item a few years ago on Amazon.com so I was very pleased to now see it available in India, at a very reasonable price at that. This stores up to 8 SD cards or 4 CF cards. It has a good rubberised seal & feels very solid.Pros• Seems well made. Very solid & sturdy.• Rubber seal means it's quite water resistant & will survive light splashing or shooting in rain etc.• Option to store 8 SD cards or 4 CF cards. Basically there are four slots, wherein each slot can store EITHER one CF or two SD cards. So even if you use both, you can store a combination of them according to your individual needs.• More than enough storage space for most casual or pro photographers.• The card clicks securely into place & does not budge.• Shockproof.Cons• A little bit bulky & heavy. This comes with good built quality, but it will add a little weight & take up space in your kit / bag. I don't mind this for the functionality but it's still worth noting.Many others have complained that it is not waterproof despite being mentioned. I was already aware of this card holder & it's features / limitations. I don't shoot in very extreme conditions so I didn't test that claim, as mentioned the seal will make sure it's totally water resistant but if you submerge this in a lake or something, don't expect it to keep your cards dry! However as it's wrongly been stated as waterproof in the title, the seller shouldn't be intentionally misleading people.Overall I'm extremely pleased with this. A must have for me & I think it's total value for money too. I've already bought one more to gift a friend & will be doing so in the future too! Totally recommend this to everyone who tends to travel or have multiple cards & is looking for a smart & safe solution.

I hope I don't damage the memory cards while removing it. It's little on the tighter side which may cause a damage to the sdhc/sdxc cards. CF cards will be okay. Product is sturdy and of good material, but there is a same Indian product, and would suggest that instead of this.

It's good as per my expectation. But original product, as shown in the company's website, bears "JJC" embossed on the blue coloured lock of the memory card case, which is missing in the product that I received. So, not sure whether it's genuine or fake. Further, there is a code No. ( to be scratched ) given on the box containing the case which will verify if the product is genuine or not, after you log on to the company's website. Unfortunately, this also could not be done for unknown reason. Otherwise, the product is fine, worth buying. It's hardy and hopefully will serve all that are mentioned in the product's details given in Amazon website.

It's been more than 6 months that I'm using this and I'm fine with the product (meaning I do not particularly hate it).However, there are 2 things that I have noted:1. The grooves in the case for the cards slowly start to stretch out or become loose. They do not hold the cards snugly which might be an issue because there are chances that the cards might fall out while opening.2. It's not really a water resistant product.

Really cool if you like organization and want to protect your precious data. Few cons would be that it's a bit heavy and not that slim too. Also, space for fewer SD cards than I'd like. But overall a good product.

Its not a waterproof,water leak inside just make sure you take care.

As in the description, the product looks and feels tough and durable. Inside it is spacious enough for my cards. Did a water resistance test, and came out dry! Highly recommended for keeping your memory cards safe. And I got it on discount, so big savings for me!

The box is built of good quality plastic and feels solid in your hands. The foam inside is good too and the cards fit snugly and safely into the provided slots.

Very good storage case. A tank could run over it and your photographic memory cards would still be ok..
