Poor design
Instalation went well but I got it installed after only 5 mins. The problem with this device is that no one has a screwdriver that small to ajust the contacts. I got lucky and found a tiny flat head but even after all that the lights would flicker and I could not get it to stop. I canot recommend anyone buy this.

No insturctions
Mine came with no instructions and using the online guides was confusing as the old switch had three black wires and no red one. Also the online instructions show a neutral wire and that is just plain wrong for the USA. Contacting customer service yielded no recall. This a questiobable product for USA users.

Could do without the click.
Style of this switch is great. Build quality is ok. The wiring is straight forward when it comes to the directions but the way the wires get fastened has tiny screws so be aware. Overall it's a great looking switch but it has a clicking noise when operating the on and off. The three gang I got from the same company does not click like this one. Might be that it is older version or newer. Touch on and touch off makes a click noise. Blue circle indicates it's off, Red circle indicates it's on. Special note: Those tiny screws are easy to strip so be careful to not overtighten.
