I have been doing most of the cooking since my wife had cancer treatment last year. She finds roast dinners the easiest thing to eat because of the gravy. I like to include lots of veg and this knife is perfect for chopping the veg. The main reason I got a new knife was because all of mine stick to the veg after I've cut it. So I waste time picking it all off, which I also feel is a bit dangerous and spoils my flow. This knife doesn't stick to the veg at all plus it feels really secure. It is a good weight, clearly well-made and seems to have a very good edge which I hope will last. When I used it for the first time tonight, I found myself chopping the "proper" way, although slowly. I can't do this with my other knives for some reason. Very pleased and the price was amazing considering the quality. I was also very impressed that the delivery guy insisted on my wife passing security before he would hand the package over as I wasn't in. Very wise in the current climate.

Best/handiest ever general-purposes kitchen knife! The sheath - at first - seems redundant ......but the knife is so handy that it doesn't get consigned to a drawer - and, since it is so savagely sharp, the sheath is an excellent safety feature!

Knife was sharp for about a week now pretty blunt. The ceramic coating is coming off too. Not expensive knife but expected to last longer. Would last longer if used on softer foods. Excellent customer services though. Might have just got a faulty product which can happen. Would try them again ur to this.

This knife it's great for many reasons: - it comes with its own cover, so it's very secure in the drawer. - it's the perfect length to work on veggies and meats - its light and manageable - Cut to perfection! Been using this about a few months now and it’s been awesome. Perfect size for everyday use. Quality feels great. Balance is good. Sharpness is elite. Just make sure to dry it properly before putting it back in the cover or your drawer. It can rust. The knife guard is also a great plus when you are travelling. Went on a holiday homes and camping trip, it’s very convenient to carry. Better than rapping it in newspapers like before.

I've been using this knife for about 2 years now and it is still as good as the first cut. I hone it every couple of weeks and use it for cutting almost everything (except bones). It holds a decent sharpness and doesn't appear to chip. The wooden handle has been wet often but the finish hasn't changed. For the money I'm stunned at just how good this knife is.

The knife looks good and deadly and the sheath implies it's incredibly sharp, and I guess it is, but the blade isn't consistently sharp, with the tip doing most of the cutting. At around the same time I bought a simpler knife from a national well known Swedish store and it is far superior in just about every way for about the same price or cheaper!

This little knife is very sharp. It’s durable and lightweight. It was much better quality than I expected for a cheaper knife. Definitely use the safety shield when not in use to avoid possible cuts. It’s a good size and good balance to get the job done. Great value for the money. Recommended this to a friend to get one as well.
