Powerful, compact, and very convenient
Excellent charger. The 250W output allows you to charge multiple devices at the same time without losing speed. The LCD display is very useful for monitoring power usage in real time, and the smart control dial makes it easy to manage. As expected from Anker, the build quality is solid, efficient, and it doesn’t overheat. Perfect for MacBook, iPhone, and other USB-C devices. Highly recommended.

Overall a great charger
I initially bough the 200W Anker charger which performed well. Except, it kept generating a "Weak charger state" warning message on my 5 year-old Lenovo laptop which normally charges at 70-80W, indicating some incompatibility with the newer charging standards. Upon measuring the 200W charger, it delivered the required power output of 70-80W despite of the warning, charging the laptop well. However the ongoing (and misleading) warning message quickly became a nuisance, so with the Black Friday deals I decided to order the 250W charger. I am please to report, that with that the annoying error message was gone. Quick update on the 250W Anker charger after a few days of use: CUSTOM CHARGING MODE: current firmware (as of Nov 2024) is 1.2.3.2. This allows custom charging profiles where you can set for every channel the desired output power with a slider. This allowed me to set 100-70-80-0 watts for the 4 USB C ports, allowing me to charge 3 laptops, while completely disabling USB C4 and the USBC A1 and A2 ports. The A1 and A2 ports combined take up min 15W, but they can also be disabled and all power routed to the USB C ports. ACCURACY OF BUILT-IN POWER METER: I found the combined accuracy accuracy of the built-in meter spot on, however the individual channels were sometimes way off. For e.g. when charging my 250W anker power bank with 2 USB cables, the charger display indicated 75W + 75W for each USB C port. This was different from the power input shown on the power bank, showing 110 W + 40 W input for the USB C ports. When added individual power meters to each USB C cable, it confirmed the 110 + 40 power distribution, the power bank figures' being correct. Not that important but worth mentioning. THERMAL STRESS TEST: testing the unit at 250V voltage in the UK, when running at full load for about 20 min - while topping up my 250W Anker power bank and charging some other devices - the charger just got warm, not even hot. I do not have the means to stress test the unit at 250W for extended periods of time, but in real life I rarely (if ever) need that much sustained power. Most of the time I am charging 2 laptops at around 170W combined power, which the unit handles well at 250V mains. So overall, it works well. ONLINE CONNECTIVITY: the wifi connectivity is needed for the following: - Firmware updates - new updates do not show and can't be performed via Bluetooth connection only - Long-term charging history graph, updated every 10 mins. Short-term charging history, updated every second, showing the last few minutes is always available. All other features, custom charging mode etc. are also available without a wifi connection, via Bluetooth only. At this firmware, with no wifi connection, I have not seen red warnings in the software, every functionality being available and operating normally. FACTORY RESET: performing a factory reset will only reset the default menu parameters (e.g. screen brightness, timeout, charging mode defaults to AI mode etc.). A reset: - Does NOT erase previously created custom charging profiles. - Defaults the connectivity to no connection. One has to reconnect via Bluetooth. Wifi connection is disabled, although the wifi credentials are not wiped but still present to facilitate future reconnection. To re-establish wifi connection after a reset, the user has to expressly initiate the wifi reconnection manually. Hope this point is useful info for privacy conscious users.

5 Stars – Anker Delivers Yet Again!
I bought the Anker Prime 250W USB-C Charger because I trust the brand—and once again, it didn’t disappoint. * Solid build and premium feel * LCD screen and control dial are genuinely useful, not just gimmicks * Charges multiple high-power devices at once without breaking a sweat * No noise, no heat issues, no quirks—just works Exactly what I expect from Anker: reliable, well-designed, and performs flawlessly. If you need a serious charger for your desk or travel bag, this is it.

Quality and nearly perfect
Great build quality. Piece of cake to set up on Bluetooth and WiFi My only complaint is, the clock only returns on timeout, either 30 seconds or up to always on. Be better if the clock switched back once it stopped charging something. It’s great, solid, performs well and is probably the best charger out there but, it’s way overpriced, nice but expensive.

Great fast charger.
Brilliant and well made fast charger. Feel solid in the hand and I have no hesitation in recommending this product. Works a treat and fast charges any battery and my mobile phone too. Nice display and easy to read. Another quality Anker product.

Great Powerful supply
Great unit many options on display including custom images as screensavers and wifi enabled I don’t fully understand the manual power bias settings but assume that if you needed one port to maintain a high rate and let the others adapt but I’ve got it on full automatic adjustment and it’s been faultless. Recommended and great for a bedside as well to charge and have a clock

Works well.
Excellent product. Charges all my devices well. However it’s unable to give my Dell laptop 130w (only able to get 90w) though port 1 should be able to give up to 140w even with 240w rated Anker type C to C cables. Still experimenting with other C to C cables.

UGREEN was a joke. This Anker is how it should be.
I bought this after returning the UGREEN 300W charger. One of the USB-C ports failed for no reason, and their third-party insurance was a waste of time. Even the manufacturer couldn’t be bothered. If I hadn’t bought it through Amazon, I’d have lost over £100 in under a year. The Anker Prime 250W is in a different league. It’s solid, smart, and just works. The display shows exactly how much power each port is drawing, and the charging speed is seriously quick. It stays cool even when everything’s plugged in, thanks to the built-in fan and proper power management. It cost less than the UGREEN and feels ten times better. Compact, quiet, reliable. Anker delivered properly.
