Very disappointed
The box was damaged, and it looks like a used product. There is no return policy and no replacement policy either. I am very disappointed.

Its a handy product but need improvement..
The time i am writing it is about after a month of uses.the brand is old and good but i think the motor got heated after 10 min of use and the smell of plastic could be felt due to that.another design issue is that you have to constantly hold and press the button in order to operate it so your finger might start aching if you use it so often.And everything else is just awesome like the built quality ,material ,additional chopper is also comes handy while cutting something so just think those hitches before buying.
