Fabulous kettle
Fabulous kettle, we drink lots of herbal teas that require different temperatures and this is so easy now.

All in one digital filtered teapot kettle.
Had this kettle until some idiot broke it.Listen, it's very simple, this kettle is designed for snobby tea connoisseurs, like me.You can control the temperature depending on the kind of tea that you're brewing, and keep it hot.Yes, it requires getting along with technology, but in general it's simple. You remove the filter and that's it, you use it as a teapot. It's a teapot, a kettle and a filter, all in one.If you are a tea snob like me, you'll always use mineral water (which is not particularly expensive anyways) this way you won't get any scale. And yes of course you want to clean it before you use it.Read the instruction manual. It's a good item, don't write silly negative reviews.I'm thinking of buying it again, but that means spending a lot of money in Whatcha and Tealyra. Was perfect during pandemic!

Great value. Good build quality. A few quirks.
Brilliant, apart from a slightly slow user interface.A bit slower due to the two stage boil where it gets close, shuts off, then does a slower heat for the last 8-10 degrees.

Too complicated
This kettle is made so complicated, that the functions on it do not work properly. The keep warm function I could not get to operate at all and considering this was a major bonus for me getting this kettle, it's meant that it's also resulted in it having to be returned. The 1 thing I did like, was it's counting up feature to when it's ready (I have one on my toaster and they're very useful to know how long you have till it's done) but unfortunately the 'keep warm' feature not working is a deal breaker! If you're not bothered about the keep warm feature, while it is a complicated kettle to use, in other aspects it does work, just a bit complex really!I now have another one, which literally has a button for each operation you'd need, so it's simply...press for the action you want...and I prefer this!

Faulty original and replacement items. Company designs great products with really bad quality
First kettle had a failed heating unit (an older model; read someone had 2-3 kettles with failed heating units). Customer support helped with a refund. Ordered this model but 2 days later it started leaking underneath the kettle. It is literally leaking water into the heating element - perfect for a short circuit disaster. What a shame since the company actually designed a great product. But better go find a higher quality brand

Could be cheaper
I forgot how much I paid for this but it could be cheaper... probably, that aside the asian lady that kept telling me to get a tea kettle so she could give me teas seemed very surprised when I threw this through her window. 9/10 solved my problem.

Disappointing replacement for a similar model Amazzn no longer stock
This is a replacement for a much loved (very similar in appearance look kettle from AICook)., but it is more disappointing in it's functionality - wish I had sent it back! Probably best if you want to use the inner filter to boil tea in the kettle, but we just use it to boil water to a preferred temperature - rather than waiting too long for your coffee to cool to a drinkable temperature.Annoying points:- it takes longer to heat the water to any preset temperature, it seems to get to a certain point (depending on your selected program) and it then slows down and gently heats to the final selected temperature- It doesn't remember the last heat setting you chose so you have to toggle through the programs each time for the temperature you desire- it seems to default to keep warm for 10 minutes, unless you press extra buttons after it has boiled so it doesn't keep heating- the instruction insert focuses more on which temperature suits which tea than anything else apart from mentioning what to do with rust- the inside has gone rusty within 2 weeks of use, I will need to review the instructions on what to do or just boil white vinegar in it (we do have a water softener, although I'm not sure that plays any factor with the rust)- POOR customer service, I dropped the lid and a part broke off from it, so I asked if I could buy a replacement lid, they replied and asked for pictures, I sent pictures and they then said they didn't sell parts and as I'd dropped it (which I was clear about in the initial email) the best they could do was offer a discount to buy a new kettle directly from them (not Amazon)- the measures on the sides of the glass body are in white and hard to read (the AICook cook one was in an easy to read grey colour)+ The only plus is you can turn the alert off, so it doesn't beep when the kettle reaches temperatureOverall I wouldn't recommend for this price point, very disappointing on multiple fronts.

Not practical!
Tea infuser as part of kettle not great idea! Even boiling water without infuser makes it stinky!
