I don’t know what it can do for you, but for me at the age of 65 this stuff is better than creatine to me. This is the Bible of supplements.

Very well formulated and works if you put in the work in the gym and eat well. This stuff seems to have mood enhancing properties as well. I notice a sense of confidence and positive mood kind of like an adaptogen when I use this.

Being a personal trainer and sports nutritionist I like and recommend this product, I take only one 30 minutes before training and after a few weeks I can notice mild strength gains....j...great plateau supplment...

I think they got the dosage right!I used one bottle of this before I decided to try another brand, that claimed it had a higher dose of Turkesterone and Ecdysterone, the other brand wasn't as good.I still got stronger but I didn't have as much energy when I switched brands and I think I was getting leaner and stronger on the first bottle.The quality of this product is obviously very good I will definitely buy this again.I felt like skipping a dose once a week seemed to improve the effects a little more, not sure why.

I usually don’t write reviews but I think this one is worth writing about. I have a feeling this product has exactly what’s it’s labeled as having. Within days I feel hardness in my muscles, I can bench a new PR, and I can go longer at the gym. I usually expect these things to not work so quick but I also took a little more than what’s labeled as directed use. This product definitely works. I don’t know much about the biomechanics of these two ingredients, but I’d recommend these to any body builder

This product game some awful stomach pain that lasted weeks. I know it was this supplement as it was the only thing I was taking. I had to stop.
