Decent build quality, better sound quality(not bass) than my sony wh-xb700. 7.1 surround is just gimmick. Good comfort.

First of all, I'd say you should be smart enough to use tech. No offence, but it is how it is, one should really know how to use it.Now, the point is, this headphones has a 65ohm impedance so it needs more amps to power it, so when you use it for your PS4 controller in bluetooth mode (Not usb mode), the ps4 controller focuses on max battery life so, it's not gonna give out more amps to power it, that's what causes the low volume issue . and please note this is when you just connect the headphones to the controller, not to the usb port on the ps4 console.IF you connect it through the given usb card with the usb port available on the ps4, there's no low sound issue. as simple as that. It works really good with my MAC too.Now talking about the sound quality and overall headphone quality.Pros :1.) Really soft premium cushions, large speaker width fits my ears in it really well.2.) The sound quality, the dual chambers sound quality is really worth it, all the mids and highs and lows are well distinguished.3.) There are even bass adjusting air nobs in each side of the speakers.4.) if you game on pc you can control the discord chat and game sounds, like you can either sometimes increase the discord chat volume or if you want to focus on the game sound increase the game volume using the controls on the usb card. its usefull for multiplayer fps games.Cons :I don't think i found any cons with this headphones, I'm not overselling too here, but you have to understand there's no perfect headphones, even the high end sony or bose earphones have some issues on the long run. But I'm just satisfied with everything so far, its feels premium to hold because of the aluminium frame.Its an overall best headset for gaming and surprisingly for music and movies at this price range.

This is the best headphone for fps games like csgo , tom clancy . Man this is awesome.I also has compared it with Audio technica M50Xs in a store.M50Xs are a little bit better in some musicWarranty:1 year for M50Xs and 2 years for cloud alpha.M50Xs-better treble,foldable,much smaller earcups,3 different cables,built like a tank,no mic,looks low profile, narrow soundstage, (Really good monitoring headphones due to excellent audio performance at base,treble and mids)Cloud alpha-Slightly better base and mids(than M50Xs),Has boom mic, Attracts attention,Way better soundstage and imaging,commonly available 3.5 mm detachable cords,way more comfortable,built like the even better tank, relatively cheap(Only above-average treble performance make it less of a monitoring headphones)It's a better mixed use headphones than M50X and cheaper.NB-Both are clean sounding.They cloud alpha won't sound good if you have a cheapo DAC.(On budget phones is sounds terrible,but on my Huawei mate 9 it has like a very high volume and great bass.On my friends 15k Samsung it sounds like really bad)Also don't buy this if you have a low budget Motherboard.

The media could not be loaded. I recently bought a HyperX Cloud Alpha S less than 6 months ago. One of the screws on the right plastic bracket holding the headphone together is loose. I think the threading is stripped. If you hold the headset with the Right ear cup's "R" symbol facing you which has Kingston Trademark above it facing you, the right screw is very loose. This has resulted in the right part of the headset being loose and shaky and it sometimes slips and requires constant adjusting. I have recorded a video showcasing the problem along with the troubleshooting steps I have tried. I could send you that video if required. I tried tightening all the screws using a flat head screw drivers. All the other screws (the one on the right ear cup and both on the left) screw in perfectly and tightly. The one screw can't be tightened no matter what and keeps spinning. When it first came I though that the loose feeling was just the way the headset was supposed to feel. However, it got worse over time and after seeing a reddit post where someone had a similar problem.The plastic housing does not seem to be functioning and I have tried to screw the screws in tighter with a screwdriver. However, it became so loosethat the housing back panel popped off. I can't rescrew the panel in as both of the screws just keep spinning and don't seem to tighten at all.The screw hole seems to have some defect as all the other three screws tighten perfectly. It is just this one that does not seem to tighten completely and just keeps spinning around.I wrote to Kingston Technology India as per the support page, but they emphatically stated that, "they have never received complaints regarding their headsets" and thus cannot help me. However, my headset came with this defect and it is yet under its 2 year warranty.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend last year and he absolutely loves them. The thing that makes them the most comfortable is the fact that the ear pads kind of engulf your entire ear, rather than just press on top of them. He’s worn them for long periods of gaming and says he feels comfortable the entire time. The sound quality is great, with the base sounding very rich. The microphone quality is good as well, with the mic being detachable. There’s a little control panel on the cord of the headset that allows you to mute yourself, change the volume, and do some othering things all without having to go into the audio controls on your computer. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something that won’t cause you discomfort for a long gaming session

Após mais ou menos 5 meses de uso, mais de 20 jogos diferentes jogados, além de diversos gêneros diferentes, e três plataformas experenciadas. Em si o headset tem uma qualidade primorosa, sua haste inteiriça de alumínio passa uma sensação de robustez muito confortável, pois não parece que é aquele tipo de fone que vai quebrar ao por e tirar da cabeça e no fim você vai ter que remendar com uma fita adesiva e torcer pra fixar. Em questão de conforto, após horas e horas seguidas de jogatinas não senti nenhum tipo de desconforto, ele vem com dois kits de espumas, uma em "courino" já instalada por padrão (como na foto do produto), e uma em tecido que vem na caixa, ambas são muito confortáveis, mas para mim que uso óculos, o modelo de courino aperta um pouco na haste do óculos e depende da sua armação pode machucar, então optei por usar o de tecido que não me incomodou em nada. Dois pontos a se ressaltar que a espuma com courino passa uma sensação de isolamento acústico maior, e o modelo de tecido não isola muito, se o volume estiver muito alto, alguém próximo pode acabar ouvindo. Em questão de qualidade sonora, acredito que seja um dos melhores do mercado para faixa de preço dele, ele passa uma sensação de imersão indescritível, em jogos de corrida por exemplo, do atrito do pneu no asfalto ao vento em contato com o carro são impressionantemente realista, e não só em jogos de corrido, jogos de exploração você sente a natureza a sua volta, em jogos de ação as explosões são potentes e você consegue ouvir os tiros vindo em sua direção, mas claro, tudo isso depende da qualidade de áudio individual que as desenvolvedores trabalham em seus jogos. Visando o mundo de FPS, os passos são claros e precisos. O Microfone é muito bom para um headset, se você quer apenas para uma chamada no discord ou uma party no PS, ou até mesmo um grupo no Xbox, ele é mais que suficiente, até caso você queria começar no mundo do streaming ele é satisfatório, e em vídeo com um tratamento de áudio também deve agradar, mas caso você queria partir pra uma qualidade mais profissional ele não vai te atender, e obviamente você vai ter que partir pra um microfone de mesa. Mas caso você não queria usar o microfone, ele pode ser desconectado, o que é muito bom.Sobre compatibilidade, ao comprar esse fone a plataforma que eu visava como principal é o Xbox Series, e via USB pela placa de áudio que vem ele não funciona, então no Xbox seja ele Series ou One, só vai funcionar via cabo P2 diretamente no controle. No começo achei que faria diferença entre o P2 e a placa USB, mas não, claro que você não vai ter acesso aos comandos de volume e 7.1. Também usei no PS4, e no PS sim ele é compatível via USB, e todas as funções funcionam. E PC, obvio, funciona tudo. Não testei via Nintendo Switch, mas acredito que assim como no Xbox funcione apenas via P2 diretamente no console. E sobre o 7.1, se você quer o fone unicamente pelo 7.1, não compre, o áudio fica metalizado e artificial, estraga completamente a experiencia, mas pra mim vejo o 7.1 apenas como um opcional que nunca vou usar. A HyperX recomenda a instalação de um software Ngenuity para o uso no PC, mas é completamente dispensável, não tem nenhum recurso que compense.E por fim, algo que eu gostei muito no fone é o Controle deslizante de ajuste dos graves que são duas "chaves" que tem, uma em cada lado do fone, que explicando de maneira grosseira abre ou fecha os graves. Pode parecer que não mas da uma diferença bacana, então depende do jogo fica legal com mais ou menos graves e da pra regular nessa chave. Claro, não é aquela diferença absurda, mas da diferença sim, é um plus pro fone.Claro que o que foi dito para jogos serve para musicas e filmes, mas tudo depende da qualidade de áudio da musica e do filme.Eu paguei R$580 no fone, acredito que seja um valor justo.

Sono cuffie buonissime per la sua fascia di prezzo, presentano 2 paia di cuscinetti molto comodi, uno in tessuto traspirante che permette di non far sudare l'orecchio in estate e uno in Pelle sintetica che permette a un isolamento audio molto buono però non traspirante. La qualità audio è buonissima e presenta un range di frequenza molto alta, e per quanto riguarda il sound surround 7.1 anche se virtuale è molto buono. Ci sono due levette sul retro per regolare i bassi, adoro la scelta di renderli interni alle cuffie. Il cavo è rivestito ed è molto resistente oltretutto è anti groviglio, la qualità materiale delle cuffie è ASSURDAMENTE buona e adoro la scelta delle parti in alluminio. La qualità del microfono non è delle migliori, ma tutto sommato non è male. Il controller è ben fatto per quanto non adoro il fatto che la "molletta" sul retro non sia rimuovibile. Oltre a ciò presenta una singola pecca, il cavo jack to jack che va inserito nel controller è corto, mentre il cavo con il controller è esageratamente lungo quindi è molto scomodo, però con un pò di ingegno è facilmente risolvibile.
