Not Sure However it would be better if you can apply the clear coat layer and then the paint.

Can i use on brass idols. It turned black, as i use to wash them everyday. Will washing everyday , after applying spray, will remove this polish.

Yes, it will get removed if you brush it hardly but the quality of the paint is really good. The finish of the paint is super metallic .
