Just a small ride with minimal drizzling conditions led the device to malfunction. A device that is to be kept outside the helmet needs to be highly water resistant, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Soon after started facing multiple connectivity issues. Sound quality is decent, nothing overwhelming. Battery life is bad. Not worth the price you pay.

Poor quality, FM radio has a lot of distortion while increasing / decreasing volume. And bluetooth disconnected after 10mins of pairing and never connected... Returned the product already.

loved it! the sound quality on this headset is amazing. whether I'm on a call or listening to music, it’s crystal clear. also, the battery life is impressive – lasts all day on a single charge. highly recommend for long rides!
