Works great on my meat grinder

This ships with a seal on the mouth of the bottle, under the lid. The lid was just a little loose and that seal failed, so my bottle arrived in a very slippery bubble mailer, needing a good wipe-down. Not much oil was lost, but enough to make a mess. Otherwise, the product seems great so far. I'm a big fan of 3-in-1 oil but obviously there are places you don't want to use that, so I'm glad to have a food safe lubricant around the house besides vegetable oil - which can get really sticky and nasty if it's not being constantly cleaned off. While it might be great if this oil smelled like coconut, I can't detect any scent at all in it. This oil seems to have a very low viscosity, so it spreads and "creeps" very nicely, just like my trusty 3-in-1 but without the petroleum ingredients and strong smell. This will be great for lubricating moving parts on any kitchen tools where an oil is needed rather than a grease (and I have food safe greases for that). This should also be excellent for coating carbon steel knives after washing to keep them from getting rusty. I have a few of those I just can't let go of because they take an edge so well! The applicator tip (it's just like a sriracha sauce or mustard bottle) is useful, but some sort of long precision applicator for getting into tight spaces would put this product over the top.

This definitely needed as a lubricant for food placed appliances. I would not use any other lubricant for the kitchen.

I rebuilt an old wine grape crusher/destemmer. Most of the sleeve bearings were gummed up and stiff and or frozen. This seemed to dissolve out the grape gunk and corrosion and it’s running fairly smoothly. Got gunk out of a frozen ball bearing which is still noisy but turns smoothly now

Use it on a heavily used meat slicer and it works well.
