I received my "Wild Bird Window Feeder" quickly, and installed it as per the instructions. The feeder ended up falling off the window a couple of weeks later. Just about that time, I got an email from Spring's customer service department, just checking in on my satisfaction. I wrote back that the feeder had fallen, and they sent me more suction cups. They have since changed the cups that go out with the feeder to prevent the problems from reoccurring, and are also including extra cups to attach to the bottom half of the feeder as well for extra stability. It's only been a week so far, but the feeder is staying right where it should with no issues... and I feel confident that if there are any further problems with the feeder, that Spring will stand by their product and make it right.Happy customer here!! :)

This is a waste of money. When I screwed one of the in the back as instructed the plastic cracked! Then within a couple days one of the towers cracked off the back. Nothing hold the top in place so we have to pick it off the ground a couple times a week. Most of all, the mirror seems to be reversed! it very difficult to see the birds.

I filled it with seed put it up on a clean window and it fell down and broke. It never even bore the weight of a bird! Piece of crap. Don't wast your money.

I gave the birdfeeder as a gift to my Grandson for Christmas. It will not stay on the window no matter what they do. They like the feeder but would love to have it on the window. They now have it on the porch rail.

OVERALL: 4/5 StarsPros:- Rainproof- Solid construction- Dual food tubes to store plenty of food, and keeps food fresh- Highly reflective mirror backing- Great designCons:- Suction cups don't hold much weight- Some modification was needed to get this to work correctly.- Viability hindered somewhat from the backside due to mirror finish.NOTES:- The mirrored backing is much darker and more reflective than shown on the picture, but it's nothing worth docking a star over.- I had some troubles getting the feeder to stay in place with the suction cups it came with. I managed to get the feeder to stay in place, but whenever I would put food into it, it could not support the weight and would fall down. I was about to return the feeder, when I decided I could modify it to work. I ended up taking the suction cups off (they just screw into the back of the feeder), and instead put 4 strips of the 3M Command Strips on the back. I also had to turn the lid around, so the feeder would sit flush with the window. To keep the lid on, I took a piece of magnetic strip, and cut them into four pieces, and attached them to the tops of the feeder tubes and the lid using a hot glue gun. The Command strips are doing an excellent job holding the feeder in place, and the magnetic strips keep the lid on, and water out.Overall, this is a great product, and I do recommend it to anyone thinking about getting it. It has provided some entertainment for me, and even more for my cat! Just be aware that you might (repeat MIGHT) have to do some modifications to it, like I have done. Others apparently seem to have gotten the suction cups to work.

This product is exactly as expected and is a big hit with my cat. It is small enough so as not to block too much of the window, yet it is large enough for my cat to hide behind. Easy to install and good quality.

Purchased this a few months ago but then read that some people had trouble getting it to stay on the window when it was cold out. So I waited until it warmed up (75°F) and followed the directions word for word. Still fell off the window. Redid the steps and hung it back up and it was on the ground again this morning. Now I'm past the window to return it, so I guess I'll throw it in the recycling bin and see if they'll take it. Incredibly disappointed. What a waste.

Very nice design but it did not stay on the winter for a day. I cleaned the glass and thought I had good suction but it fell and cracked.
