Great spreader for the Price.. and Im picky.. would buy again for the UTV

Very poor quality- used 1 time with grass seed and fertilizer- motor that keeps the seed and fertilizer loosened up is too weak . Will barely turn some of the time , even with grass seed. The cable and slide gate bound up after 1 use. The cable clamp is weak. The brackets are weak . It would be an excellent spreader if good materials were used .

This spreader worked very well. I look at as many of these spreaders as I could find online and read all of the reviews. This one had the best reviews I am not disappointed at all. It did great, better than I expected. Used for spreading 1150 lb of lime, fertilizer and rice for waterfall impoundment that was not even ground at all. It was actually a swamp. When I installed it, I meant to put a strap on it to support it but forgot, but it did just great without it. There is a bit of corrosion on the adjustable plate for amount you want to spread and cotter pin and screw which I hope that does not spread. They could’ve used a higher quality, stainless. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it a five star. But so far I’m extremely happy and satisfied.

Best atv spreader iv ever had. It actually works. Easy to mount, easy to control.Well worth the money.

We put together this spreader, the box was taped on the bottom but when we got it all put together the two braces that support the hopper are missing. We are going to keep the item, is there anyway of getting these two braces? I don’t know how to rate the product, we like it but do not have all the pieces.

I have bought various spreaders in the past and they do not compare with this one . Easy assembly , exceptional construction , exceptional operating ease , exceptional application versatility .

The media could not be loaded. Do not buy this item! The metal door that holds the seed in does not shut all the way. It stays propped open even when you have the lever in position for it to be shut. You can only shut it by getting your hands underneath it and forcefully pushing it shut, all the while, precious grass seed is flowing out uncontrollably until you can manually shut the door. We lost a ton of seed on our first use of this spreader because of this issue. Reached out to DR and they offered no help. Save yourself some trouble and your seed, and do not waste time with this spreader.
