We bought a foot and calf massager from Lifelong expecting a brand-new, working product. What we received instead was a faulty unit right out of the box. When we raised a complaint, the response was even more disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the issue and arranging a replacement, the company kept insisting on repairing a product that arrived defective on day one. Here’s the thing: no one buys a new product to immediately send it for repairs. We asked for a complete replacement, but the customer service team avoided the request and kept repeating the same repair script. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. If Lifelong can’t stand behind the basic quality of their products or offer genuine customer support, people deserve to know before they buy. Extremely disappointed with the product and the service. Would not recommend.

Purchased 1 for my mother n 1 for my husband... The massager is good , mild , portable , relaxing, pain relief.... One thing didn't understand... Where is the heat....cant feel at all May be its defeactive...or if anyone can tell about the warm mode,.can you feel it or its just to mention that it has one for the sake of adding the feature....
