First keep it in freeze for 10 mins and then apply on your eyes . very relaxing...People who use mobile and laptop alot. For them it is a good product.

Its an ok product. The liquid/gel is tightly filled in so it balloonish shape and does not come in contact with the eye completely. It remain relatively cool for a long period so not a complete waste. I didn't expect much as I spent less than 100 bucks

Product is just average. Coolness in this just get only for few minutes. I kept the belt in the fridge for 2 days still when I used it, it's coolness gone in less than 2 minutes

The product is at best ok. Nothing special. It is exactly like shown in the picture. It takes almost an hour to cool it an can give max 5-8 minutes of soothing affect to the eyes. Feels nice once you apply to the eyes but it warms too quick.Product looks cheap looks like it might leak within a short period of time. At this price we cannot ask for a world class product.

Loved it. I am working in a studio in front of 5-6 monitors throughout a day. This gives me super relief after coming back to home. And yes, it's much better than other cheap products available in the market. The quality is really very good.

Too flimsy and very smal amount of gel. This means the cooling will quickly fade ..with in a minute

I work 8-10 hours on laptop and many times eyes gets burning sensation. This product relaxes your eyes, cover eyes with this product (mild chilled) and you will feel better and refreshing.Dont recommend for daily use.
