Great pillow for improved sleep quality. I purchased this pillow to try and help improve my sleep and more importantly, give my wife a quieter night's sleep. I've previously tried other memory foam pillows, however I have continued to grunt and wake myself up throughout the night, waking myself up through struggling to breathe. This pillow has made a huge difference, using the higher side to better support my neck for a consistent night sleep. So far, the pillow has held its shape and whilst the design may look a little odd when compared to a traditional pillow, it is very comfortable, for back amd side sleeping. Would recommend this product and already considering buying a spare.

Very conflicted about this product. Pillow is relatively comfortable, but first few nights I woke up in a lot of neck pain. All in all I feel I’m getting the same or slightly less comfort than from a standard pillow just had to pay 4x as much for it, so don’t feel like it’s worth it

This is brill especially for people who have a sore neck etc great nights sleep, would recommend.Gives great support,good design,eases aches and pains easy to use and is affordable

Seit ich diese Kissen benutze, haben sich meine Nackenschmerzen verbessert. Es braucht aber ein paar Tage Eingewöhnung.

14th of April 2025 i bought one classic memory foam orthopedic pillow, seller is called Ecosafeter (ASIN B0CPXP5YWT). Gave it to my partner. He has been using that one for all these 2 months. Recently i noticed that he lays kind of weird on it, and got this pillow instead (ASIN B0D4LMR5ZD) on 20th June. According to my partner, he noticed the difference instantly. The previous "Ecosafeter"-pillow was too firm and he felt a pressure on his neck when lay on it. But this "Z-hom"-pillow is really good for him, as far as i heard feedback from him (he is a side sleeper)! (Also want to admit that he is around 100Kg, so i was afraid that this pillow will be too soft. But no. He still thanks me sometimes randomly, and im glad that his sleep got much better with this pillow.) In addition, even though the pillow is high enough on the sides, it`s still possible to lie close to each other and not feel your neck hurting . Of course, time will show the material quality and endurance, but i definitely recommend it!

Me ha mejorado el descanso muchísimo. Es suave, súper cómoda y sirve tanto para dormir boca arriba o de lado (boca abajo no he probado). Es la primera vez que uso este tipo de almohadas y no creo que vuelva a las tradicionales. De verdad que merece la pena. Veremos en verano, pero da la sensación de transpirar bien.
