Amazing product!
The media could not be loaded. First of all it looks amazing. The quality nd the color is just wow. If you are looking for a biriyani pot for family of 4 you can invest on it, not just biriyani you can cook multiple dishes using this . Thank you agaro for coming up with products like this

3 times ordered and returned damaged product
Disappointed and frustrated as I was really keen on purchasing this product for which I ordered and returned/replaced the product for 3 times. I even called up Agaro customer service and they couldn't help me with the issue and asked me to raise return request in Amazon. Please check with the vendor who is producing your products as ur reputation is at stake. Unfortunately u lost an interested customer who was ready to pay a price higher than normal cookware. Surprisingly am unable to attach the pictures here.

Multipurpose, Best Quality Casserole Available in Market
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this casserole and totally loved it. Received it in a perfect condition. It is beautiful, elegant and very classy. Incredible addition to your cookware set. I used in on both gas and induction. It is really good for cooking biryani, pasta where even distribution of heat is important. Do try!

Very poor packaging.
The media could not be loaded. Crack near the handle and the enemal fall off both inside and outside.Very poor packaging, didn't use Amazon packaging boxes as well as tapesProduct looks beautiful but finishing touch on the adges are not good.
