I bought this Aroma Diffuser at ₹2599 from Amazon. The packing was satisfactory and the product was fine during delivery... i had also ordered 2 essential aroma oil separately from amazon itself.Using this product since more than 3 months now... its working really well...The LED LIGHTS looks good and also has the option to turn it off if you dont want to use it...The diffuser also has 4 timing options like 1hr-3hr-6hr-ON. And its easy to toggle between those options... also there are 2 speed option for the mist as per your requirement.Here are some tips for better performance from my experience...1) Use only filtered water.2) Use cold water for optimum result. (U can also add some ice cubes)3) Use 3-4-5 drops of aroma oil as per your liking.4) Turn on AC 10-15 min before using the diffuser.5) Try not to use fan or use the fan at low speed for atleast first 20-30mins of turning on the diffuser.6) Try to place it at the place where the air flow of AC is reaching towards you so you can smell the mist better. Smaller the room, better & quick will be the result.Overall, very happy with my purchase and using it daily.

Fan does not work, hence there is no mist. There is water leaking as well. Don't know who can fix this. Don't have the company contact details either

The media could not be loaded. The product looks good, a plastic body with wooden finish. It looks eligent. There's a few fine features. It has an auto shut, with a timer of 1,3 & 6 hr's. It also has a feature, in which mist auto starts & stops, it can last for about 12 hrs with a full tank. Though It's just been a week as of now, shall update after a few weeks.

Simple and easy to use. Nice wood looking finish, goes great with wood furniture around. Doesnt look and feel like cheap plastic. Love the led changing lights, looks quite trippy and classy!Almost silent when in action, can hear slight bit of the water flow noise, if you're in a really quite place. Even if you hear it, it's soothing nevertheless :-)Overall a great product. Must have for diffuser lovers.

An efficient, well-working, and pretty humidifier. Low maintenance too, only needs refill once a week or so, depending on use.

The product works well and hardly any noise with nice colour options.The bummer in shopping experience has been customer representative calling and literally extorting a review out of me.They have to realize good reviews are requested and earned and not demanded.4 stars for product and -3 for equally disturbing and over enthusiastic support.

I handled it with proper care.. i've 2 more from other companies but this one though very expensive and still not working.. waste of money and efforts and want replacement
