Hours of fun for all ages.
Absolutely ideal. Exactly as it looks. All items present and correct. Nice check sheet in the instructions so you can check before you start. My brother and I (reasonably skilled DIYers) took 5 brews and half a pack of digestives (circa 6 hours)to assemble this. Recommend getting/ borrowing yourself the followin to assemble it. A ratchet with 13, 17 & 19mm socket. 13, 17 & 19mm spanners. Good battery drill/ impact driver with #2 pozidrive bits, selection (3-10mm) sharp bits, the ones that come in the box arent the best and there is a fair amount of drilling and pilot holes required. Spirit levels and measuring tape. Sandpaper as the sawn edges needed attention before we could let the kids on it, but this was to be expected. It is also worth doing a re-tightening or 2 as the wood will shrink as it dries. All in all the best home climbing frame we’ve seen / used. No issues after a summer of extreme use in all weathers.

Good price, some damage in shipping but sorted out ...
Good price, some damage in shipping but sorted out promptly by staff with replacement parts. Had to buy some tools despite having a good selection of tools. More drilling of holes than I expected. Good quality and kids are enjoying it.

Need some diy skills but a quality bit of kit
Make no mistake this is a pretty epic undertaking to put together but it’s worth it. A couple of the pieces of wood were superficially damaged upon arrival but nothing that will affect the structural integrity so I didn’t bother to complain. Everything was present and correct and myself and a friend got it completely assembled in about 7 hours. I certainly ached the next day mind you! You DEFINITELY want a powered screwdriver or drill with screwdriver bits and it’s best to drill pilot holes or some of the wood is prone to split. One built I have to say it looks the part and seems ultra sturdy. I’ve sat on the 50kg rated swing (I’m 80kg) and it doesn’t seem to be stressed at all to be honest. My son absolutely loves it and sure it’ll give him years of fun (he’s 3 next month)

Only purchase this product if you are practical and enjoy a challenge and have someone like minded to help ...
I can not overstate how difficult this product is to construct the instructions are extremely basic, none of the timber or screws are labelled very few holes are pre-drilled. Only purchase this product if you are practical and enjoy a challenge and have someone like minded to help you even then expect it to take the best part of a day.I can not fault the product and my kids enjoy it, I would have given a higher rating had the instructions and installation been simpler.

Slide is not sturbe enough
Very good climbing frame! Not difficult to assemble, but there are several ways to build the frame and the bucklet only mentions one. The frame is very sturbe, but the slide not (it is like a cheap plastic material). In general a good money for what you get. I would recomment a frame without the slide.

Flimsy slide
I'm very unhappy with this climbing frame the slide is broken an it's only been up 2 days the plastic is very flimsy and not hard wearing at all. The instructions are backwards getting you to put the swing holders on whilst the beam has been attached. I'm not happy at all now my children cant use the slide at all bue to be fault of mine or there's just due to flimsy plastic I would love someone to contact me about this thanks

Best Buy of 2020
This was one of my best buys in 2020, it looks great , kids of all ages love it and it’s very sturdy but you need to have the clips that hold it down or when the kids are swinging on the swings it can move if they are bigger children.

Good climbing frame, rubbish delivery and some dodgy wood
Delivery was awful. Turned up at wrong address first time. Second time asked for a particular timeframe so I could have someone help lift it from the kerb (explained I was single mum of boys), depot agreed to this and delivery driver randomly turned up during the day! The actual climbing frame is sturdy and great. The boys love it. Doesn't have any pre drilled screws, some bits of wood were splintered and others had mould on them though.
