I can't say enough good things about the MILY Eco Home 14 Inch Queen Memory Foam Mattress! As someone who has struggled with chronic back pain for years, finding the right mattress has been a challenge. After trying numerous options that were either too firm or just didn't provide the support I needed, I finally found this gem. This mattress is the perfect medium firmness—exactly what I was looking for! It truly lives up to its promise of being memory foam without the excessive sinkage. I've been sleeping on it for eight months now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. My back pain has significantly improved, and I wake up feeling refreshed and pain-free. I also use it on an adjustable base, and it works flawlessly. There’s no movement between the different levels of the memory foam, which is a huge plus. The mattress has maintained its integrity beautifully, showing no signs of sagging or wear. Additionally, the cooling copper gel feature is fantastic! Have had it for a year now and it’s still comfortable. For the price it’s a very good bed. It’s not heavy and it’s soft.

I cannot stress how great this mattress is. Size is perfect not too heavy to move around. My back has been feeling better to get going on with my day. A lot of support on the back when you lay on it. It’s a little steep on the pricing but honestly it’s a great investment if you prioritize your sleep.

Lesson learned, I will never buy another mattress from Amazon again. This is NOT a medium mattress nor a mattress for back pain relief. This is a very firm mattress that causes back pain. The seller reached out to me and had me take pictures. The mattress is 11.5 inches instead of 12 inches. I asked the seller if this could be a manufacturing problem that caused my issues. They did not respond to this question and instead said that comfort preferences vary from person to person. Also the mattress tag says it was manufactured on 8/11/25. I purchased it on 8/26. I truly believe previous purchasers are correct in stating it’s a great mattress but recent manufacturing is the issue and the seller does not care. They sent me a quote from the posting that said “there is no trial period, and opened mattresses cannot be returned.” What is the 10 year warranty for? To have the box sitting unopened for 10 years? I will also add on another quote from that same paragraph “IF YOUR MATTRESS IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY, OUR DEDICATED U.S.-BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS READY TO ASSIST YOU IN RESOLVING ANY ISSUES.” My mattress was missing a half inch so it was defective meaning it could’ve been missing a layer. The seller first offered 30% and then 50% refund and that’s all they could do based on Amazon guidelines. They are not willing to acknowledge the defective mattress. Don’t make the same mistake nor honor whatever the 10 year warranty stands for. Do not purchase this mattress or buy from the same seller.
