Great build. Great learning discussions with my 9 year old. If you are not up on your chemistry go and review bond strength and enthalpy.Otherwise just build it and watch the magic happen.

not very impressive
Returned - We (college seniors) bought this for some research on hydrogen as a fuel source. The disc didn't work on anyone's laptop (possibly because they were all Macs) and the car took a long time to charge (expected, since it was in the instructions). After the wait, all it did was drive in a little circle until it ran out of H2. It would probably be great for a young kid, but it really left us unimpressed with hydrogen. We would have kept it if it didn't drive itself in a circle.
