PerkEnergy Original Vanilla Caramel Steamer Flavored Drink Powder (20 Servings) - Gluten-Free, Peanut-Free

Im obsessed with Perk! This is seriously the yummiest drink I’ve ever had. I suck at eating breakfast super early and this satisfies me so I can go workout and have great energy. This new vanilla caramel steamer one is probably one of my top 3 flavors I tend to go for this one a lot lately. So creamy and yummy I have to control myself! No bad after taste either which I’ve found a lot in other morning energy drinks. I love perks pre workout and bcaa’s too. They are all so yummy you can’t go wrong with flavors and won’t regret it!

This is one of the best flavored powdered drinks I've ever tasted. I do seem to feel the energy increase quickly after consuming. My one and only complaint that I so wish they would fix is how it does NOT dissolve. Throughout the drink, and towards the end of it, you are getting mouthfuls of clumpy powder--not a fan. If they would fix that I would purchase this regularly!

It tastes amazing, guess that's one less reason to go to Starbucks. Thank you Grandma Leona, whoever you are.Also, this dissolves really well. Really well balanced. The caffeine does what I want, and not what I don't, if that makes sense.Definitely something I see being part of my daily routine, when the day needs to go well.

TL,DR: Just buy this. It tastes like a sugar free dessert AND it has protein.I am a newbie to Perk. Never heard of it before when it popped up on my "Try me" list. I love trying new things, so sure- let's give this a whirl. Little did i know that my world was about to be changed.I looked at the directions and decided that I would use my shaker bottle to try to prevent any clumps. (I don't have a frother.) 2 oz of cold water in my shaker, a scoop of the Perk powder and shaky shaky. No clumps! :) I heated up water in my electric kettle, poured the contents from my shaker bottle into my mug and topped it off with hot water.The first word out of my mouth after I took my first sip was "WOW." An awe-filled, smile to my eyes, holy-cannoli-this-is-delicious WOW.I am so accustomed to choking down drinks that are "good for me". There is no "but it's good for me" sacrifice with Perk Vanilla Caramel Steamer-- just yummy yummy goodness. It tastes and feels like a sugar free concoction from a fancy coffee place. And at retail price of 30 dollars for 20 servings, it's a heck of a lot cheaper than the fancy coffee place too!down side:It has a STRONG sucralose aftertaste. :(I was so excited that I downed that drink faster than I probably should have, thus resulting in a caffeine headache. I forgot about the 100mg in the mix. Whoops. Next time, I will savor it and take it slow. It's also a reminder to not drink this after 3 pm or else bye bye bedtime for me. It isn't labeled "energy" for nothing.Overall, I'm excited to try other flavors from this brand. :)

I pretty like this sweet drink. It’s gluten-free and soy free and peanuts free which is very healthy drink. It’s a bit sweet for me but acceptable. It come with the measuring spoon it’s easy for measuring. I mix one spoon with 8oz water its taste great. Only thing I don’t like so much is its smell very milky.

This drink powder has a lot going for it if you are looking for protein, vitamin d, caffeine, collagen, and few calories in a quick easy to make drink. One scoop in hot water. Mixes in well. Drink is creamy. Got the vanilla flavor very well and the caramel is there but much less pronunced. Very sweet. For me, this has a strong fake sweetener kind of flavor. Not terrible, but this will not be replacing coffee for my morning get up and go. I do, however, like the caffeine content and will drink this more for function and not flavor.

I like the mixture of protein and caffeine but not so much that it gives me an after-headache. I love the flavor except for the saltiness. It does give me energy to get going in the morning.

I wasn’t sure at first how to categorize this “flavored drink powder.” I consider it to be similar to instant coffee (because you drink it hot in the morning, it has caffeine, and it is a powder that dissolves in hot liquid), but it is not coffee. It gets its caffeine from caffeine anhydrous (dehydrated caffeine), which is a dehydrated processed form of caffeine, derived from seeds and leaves of coffee plants. Each serving has 100 mg of caffeine, which is about the same amount of caffeine in an average cup of coffee.Each serving also has 8 grams of protein in the form of Whey Protein Isolate and Bovine Collagen Hydrolysate Peptides. It also has 100 % of your RDA for Vitamin D, with blueberry extract and grape seed extract as a bonus.So this is basically an instant coffee substitute with benefits.The instructions are to add 8 oz of hot water to 1 scoop of Perk Energy. Instead, I added 1 scoop to 8 oz of heated unsweetened almond milk. It dissolved easily and had a nice vanilla caramel taste. For me, it was sweeter than it needed to be, but you can always adjust the sweetness by diluting the drink with more water (or almond milk, in my case). You have the option to use a frother for this drink, but I don’t have one.This drink powder sweetened with Sucralose.
