They are unique bulbs but being LED create much less heat. There biggest problem is they do not give the same degree of brightness from bulb to bulb. I need four in the fixture but I have needed 8 to find four which match the same degree of light when turned on. Tried switching sockets, etc. thus there is something about these which are inconsistent in the degree of brightness from each bulb. Never had these problem with any other bulb.

Was using the almost solid yellow bulbs but the light was flickering making real life look like a sports or high frame rate video (jittery). These bulbs give a more natural glow. When powered down they fade quickly but not instantly which likely helps them make light that is easier on the eyes and flicker free.

These have terrible lifespan; I am replacing them on average once every six months (gone through 8 bulbs in 2018). If your fixture takes these bulbs then you don't really have any choice, but I would never again buy a fixture that requires these short-lived bulbs.

Used three in a bathroom vanity light and it is not as bright as I would like. The next higher wattage/brightness comes in .8" diameter which wont't fit through the cover aperture.

A little pricey but we knew that when we used them the first time. But, you are getting a quality product. Super super long burn time, very bright, and if you have a dimmer they can be very soft and very easy to install. Nice lights over all. Packaged well, arrived on time.

These bulbs replaced blown bulbs in a bathroom fixture. They work perfectly.

As advertized. Exactly what I needed.

They only last for about 6 months.
