Great printer for the price
Very nice printer at a good price. Works well and isn't as loud as some I have.I needed one with a slightly larger build plate for some projects I'm working on and this fit the bill without breaking the bank.Detail on the prints is very good and the whole thing feels very well put together and sturdy.Took a tiny bit of dialing in to get it working just how I like it, but they rarely come out the box 100% ready to go.I may well get another one if I can sneak it past the missus :)

Absolutely stunned with the results
This is my first 3D printer, and I couldn’t be happier! The Photon M5s Pro is so beginner-friendly—it was easy to set up, and the auto-leveling feature made the whole process stress-free. The print quality is amazing, with super-detailed results, and it prints fast without losing any quality. The interface is simple to navigate, and the build feels really sturdy. I was nervous about getting into 3D printing, but this printer made it such a smooth experience. Highly recommend it for anyone starting out!I would advice you to wear proper masks rated for VOCs while 3d printing and wear protection while handling resins. Keep the printer in a well ventilated area. Don't keep it in your living room / bedroom

Excellent Resin Printer.
I bought this printer to add alongside my existing Filament printer (Ultimaker 2+).My filament printer (although very accurate) is now getting rather old and is very slow (especially when printing multiple components at the same time. This resin printer is excellent! One of the main positive points of a resin printer is that, as the entire print bed is exposed each time the print bed moves an increment, the print time is the same for one component other than 30 (the time it takes to print the tallest component).Things to take into consideration:Make sure you use the device in a well ventilated room as the odour from the resin is pungent and potentially toxic. The built-in camber heater on this unit is brilliant for bringing the resin unto the correct temp and maintaining it for the entire print job. This is really great as I have the unit in an unheated external space.

Awful product quality and worse customer support — avoid at all costs. PLEASE READ
I don’t often leave reviews like this, but after being burned twice by this seller and dealing with their dreadful customer service, I feel obligated to warn others. The first issue was with a brand new Anycubic M7 Pro printer I purchased from them. Straight out of the box, it had serious faults and wouldn’t function properly. I contacted their customer service, expecting a straightforward refund or replacement. Instead, I was met with evasive, vague replies that carefully dodged my actual request for a refund. They avoided addressing the issue directly for days. I had to escalate the situation through Amazon’s customer service to finally force a refund — and frankly, thank God I bought through Amazon and not directly from Anycubic, because if I had, I doubt I’d have seen my money again. After that mess, I foolishly decided to give them a second chance and reordered a new printer using my refund money, thinking maybe I was just unlucky the first time. Big mistake. The second printer also had issues — different ones, but still serious enough to make the machine unreliable. When I contacted them about this and asked for a refund, they told me I’d have to pay to return the printer at my own expense if I wanted my money back. Bear in mind, this was for a faulty, not-fit-for-purpose product. Expecting a customer to cover the return costs for a defective item is completely unacceptable. After some back and forth via email (where their responses were again slow and unhelpful), instead of offering a proper solution, they sent me a replacement part — which wasn’t even the correct part for my machine. It was completely useless and didn’t address the actual problem. At no point did they take proper accountability for either the faulty product or their constant mishandling of the situation. Both times, the pattern was the same: poor product quality, evasive customer service, and a complete lack of responsibility unless forced by Amazon’s intervention.I won’t be making the mistake of ordering from them ever again, and I strongly advise others to stay away too. You’re far better off buying from a seller who actually stands behind their products and respects their customers. This one clearly does neither.****PLEASE READ THIS PART ****On a side note I am part of quite a few different group forums and chats for 3d printing and some people have had some really nice prints with this printer HOWEVER MANY MANY MANY HAVE NOT. I see alot of people and i mean ALOT of people having issues with this printer so much so you'd think how the heck does this have so many positive reviews on Amazon. Also there is not many youtube videos for support on how to do things, not many print tests on this printer by real people you almost feel like a ghost owning this printer because theres barely much out there or anyone really talking about it.If you're new to 3D printing like i was DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER. it is not beginer friendly, it is not reliable, it is not likely to be good. I wish I didn't buy this printer, I wish i didn't manage to get a refund and then make the mistake of buying another one and giving anycubic another chance. My original review was 2 stars simply for the fact that perhaps i got very unlucky but after their terrible customer service and i mean TERRIBLE and seeing how many people are having issues with this printer i've lowered my review to one star and if i could I would give it 0. I thought i was upset but their customer service response after leaving my original review has made things even worse. Please don't take the risk and BUY A RELIABLE AND WELL REVIEWED PRINTER.

Good quality printer.
Looks good, is very easy to clean, high quality prints, super easy to use, highly durable, and rapid. Performance is out of this world. The only reason I gave it a four star is Down the the free resin that came with it which was green clear and was absolutely horrendous.

(Edited) Wouldn’t recommend for business use.
Easy to set up, but as soon as you try to print anything else apart of preinstalled designs it fails. I have printed preinstalled design and it came out with corner’s layers coming apart but nothing outrageous. I have them printed other item and the same issue. Inserted the memory card again and it didn’t have anything on it. Had to go online to try and understand what to do at every point. Instructions that you get with the item is not detailed enough. If you don’t have time to waist on YouTube don’t buy this machine. Also don’t get it if you are going to have it in your office as it smells extremely bad, not only that but is is also very unhealthy to breath the gasses emitted during printing, something nobody mentions while talking about how great they are. Due to the nature of this kind of printer it is impossible to successfully print large area items.
