Premium bag but cheap packaging by Amazon

Amazon has so smartly asked the customer to rate the product yet escaped from the delivery rating. We bought this bag and we got it but Amazon's cheap packaging has spoiled the shape of the bag and now the bag is not retaining it's shape. No matter what discount you give amazon, know that your consumer base depends on the quality of your delivery of the product. Don't get horns because your consumer has increased your delivery quality is still on the down side.
