Bodi is the only brand I buy when I am working out! It makes me sweat gives me energy without the jitters and I love the flavor, it dissolves well in water the ingredients are better than what I used to use with other pre workouts which never gave me the umph I need to focus on my workout.

Don’t love this flavor but always been a fan of energize , I like that it’s a little cheaper on Amazon and obviously fast shipping . Definitely effective gives me the energy I need for a good workout !

I’m obsessed. This is the only pre-workout that really gives me crazy energy and focus with out a crash!! It’s a bit tangy to drink, so I do a powder shot and chase it with water. Although it does give you a bit of itch after a few minutes, that’s my signal that it’s time to get that workout in. Lol

Energize is good with great ingredients it’s just too expensive for the quantity. Wish they sold the 40 serving tubs on Amazon.Fruit punch is the best flavor.
