I have used this product for several years. The capsules are easy to take and it's a good product. But I usually buy it in brick-and-mortar stores. I will avoid ordering it online because the shipping process seems to have caused one or more capsules to open, spilling their white powdery contents all over the other capsules. Now an easy-to-swallow capsule tastes awful because the stuff inside is also on the outside. Next time I'll head to the store myself.
