This is amazing! So I have used it to make gluten free snacks, but also tried it on tofu, and it worked great. You couldn't see the shape so great on the tofu, but it was fun. Be careful cleaning that you get the in between stuff. It works great for making multiple pieces at once.

This gold fish cutter is super cute. It was easy to use. My goldfish turned out the same size you would buy in the store. My only problem was it was hard to clean. The dough got stuck in the tiny crevices. I had to end up using a toothpick to clean it.
