Loving them, noticed a difference after 10 days or so. Little things like glossier hair (mines usually thin and straw like) joints happier, skin a little firmer. Have bought again.

Only been taking few days but my nails have gone iron hard almost straight away. I’ve noticed with any decent supplement for hair skin and nails I notice it in my nails first and these do not disappoint. I have 2 weddings approaching so I will have no needs of salon nails so that will pay for a few pouches. Will persist to see if it improves skin and joints too. I’ve read that collagen helps heal the gut and since the menopause my tummy has been dreadful so let’s see. If I see any improvements in any of these other areas I will update my review Update - seen a positive improvement in my tummy issues, it seems less reactive, calmer and dare I say it’s starting to fee a little more like normal. Never had any tummy issues before menopause, had 5 years of issues, if this turns out to be the solution I will be its biggest advocate. Will give it longer to see if it’s consistent, I really hope so. update - photo added of nails after 6 weeks. Growing like mad, strong and beautiful with very little care. I can only guess that if it has this affect on my nails then the internal benefits that I can’t see are building. Is my skin better, I think it’s wishful thinking but my husband has said a couple of mornings recently that I look fresh faced. I’m 57 so not something I hear often Skin is less dry, my legs at the bottom, are no longer flaking white dust everywhere when I shave. Skin tone has not improved at all in 3 months but for the other benefits I’ll continue

Great product, easy to swallow. I believe it’s work, joints fell a little better. Only one complaint that’s the past 2 orders have short changed me by 1 tablet.

Wow what a difference. After trying two other brands, left wondering why on earth do people take collagen. Well this make confirms why. In my 60s and have had 2 bad falls, not repairing very quickly. This brand gave results in 10days. Well impressed. The bounce is returning into the leg muscles and my energy has increased. Love this product.

I don't know why everyone else says these are easy to swallow. They are not! However I break them apart and put into squash. Tastes a bit funky. It doesn't dissolve very well but i just knock it back! Works out cheaper than buying the powder. Haven't been taking them regularly enough to benefit, so can't comment yet.

Okay.. so ive used several supplements over the years, claiming to do 'this and that' and have seen little, if any change/results. This is the 1st time I can actually say I can both see and feel a difference, and im only 2 weeks in!! My crows feet are definitely not as deep, nor are my laughter lines and my skin on my face generally feels tighter and smoother! Other things ive noticed is the thickness of my nails and the speed both they and my hair are growing. This stuff actually works!! Its mad. Im hoping in another month ill look like my 20 Yr old self! 😆 In all seriousness though.. this is definitely ironing out the creases and improving the look of my skin. My only complaint is having to take 4 big capsules... but I was a 90s raver, its not that much of an issue 😏

Ive only been using a couple of days but I can absolutely 💯 % say Ive noticed the difference in my joints. Im in my 50s and really didnt expect that so quickly. They are large capsules but I prefer that to powder and I find them easy enough to swallow. There is no smell and no aftertaste either compared to other collagen Ive tried, which is great. I think the price is good too. I will be putting another order in soon.

Ce produit est très efficace, il m'a permis de faire reculer un debut d'arthrose au genou (qui se traduisait à 48 ans par un gonflement apres des matches de foot en competition). Le medecin du sport m'a dit que c'etait probablement une usure d'une des articulation de la routule (donc l'age) et conseillé le renforcement du quadriceps et le velo... j'ai voulu essayé autre chose car seulement 1 genou etait concerné (certes ce genou avait eu une rupture partielle mais isolée des croisés (seulement le LCA abimé, pas le menisque ou d'autre chose) 5-6 ans auparavant ). L'IRM n'a rien revelé de particulier à part un pré-debut d'arthrose pas anormal à mon age et une legere ulceration de la rotule...la même image pouvant donner soit rien, soit des douleurs ou un gonflement... bref rien de particulier... Avant je faisais environ 3 seances de 8km par semaine (de foot). Quand le gonflement a commencé, j'ai diminué la charge de travail dans les 4 mois qui ont suivi, mais le gonflement revenait en cas de foot. J'ai arrêté 1 mois entier puis repris à courir, tres progressivement (2km 1 fois par semaine, 3km, 4km...) mais je suis resté bloqué à 8km tous les 3j. Si je depassais çà ou faisais du fractionné , çà regonflait... Puis j'ai pris ce produit (1 gelule matin, 1 soir) 1 mois et re-arreté le sport le 2e mois (vacances), tout en continuant la prise de ce complement. Assez vite j'ai vu les effets positifs, puis j' ai repris de nouveau progressivement le sport, mais ce n'etait pas encore net. En passant à 2 gelules matin et 2 soir (posologie max donné par ce labo (apparemment certains qui frequentes des salles de muscu prennent bien plus de collagene...), j'arrive enfin à faire de nouveau des seances tous les 2j et même du fractionné et du foot... On pourra toujours dire que c'est le temps qui a fait son effet, ou un coté placebo, mais en tous cas de mon point de vue, les progres ont été trop rapides et corrélés à la prise de ce complement alimentaire, pour que ce soit le hasard... je conseille d'ailleurs la posologie 2 gelules matin et soir pour faire regresser un probleme, quitte a revenir à 1 gelule plus tard... à tester... Cependant, pour eviter les problemes intestinaux, faire 1 semaine à 1 gelule matin et soir puis passer à 2...

Ich nehme es erst seit 5 Tagen, daher kann ich über die Wirkung noch nichts sagen. Gut zu schlucken und sehr gut verträglich. Normalerweise vertrage ich keine Nahrungsergänzungsmittel und bekomme sofort Magen und Darmprobleme, daher möchte ich das ganz besonders hervor heben. Ich gebe daher 5 Sterne. Zur Wirkung schreibe ich später noch mal was.

Souffrant de problèmes articulaires au niveau de la sterno-claviculaire, les spécialistes m'avaient dit en 2014 stop la musculation du haut di corps à vie. Articulation qui ressemble à celle d'un vieux de 80 ans... Le choc, j'avais 27 ans, et par hasard je tombe sur un article sur les compléments en collagène et leur bien fait, après avoir testé quelques marques qui ont eu pour effet de me soulager peu à peu j'en ai trouvé une qui m'a remis sur les rails et permis de me remettre au sport, j'ai utilisé deux boites de ce multi collagène pour changer un peu et je suis pas déçu, bon produit puisque que je continue le sport sans douleur tout en ayant une bonne souplesse articulaire, et la cire dure longtemps, rapport qualité prix ça vait le coup si vos articulations sont un peu rouillés.
