Smoked Habanero Pepper Sauce (148ml) Special Edition

Ordinarily love most of Marie Sharp's flavours but this one has a pretty awfully synthetic aftertaste. The smell is nice but the taste is not great.

It's hot, it's smokey, but its acidity really detracts from the flavour.

Received Smokin' Marie hot sauce instead of this product. Similar in flavour but very different in heat level. Can see how it happens but it isn't what I wanted and isn't what is advertised. Unsure if listing is incorrect or it was a one time error.

This hot sauce has been a favourite of mine for a good while. Hands down the best. Cant go wrong with this. Smokey flavour for days!

辛いだけでなく美味しいのでいろんな食事に使えます。タバスコみたいに酸味もなく、変な臭さは無い。

Soße hat einen Sehr Rauchigen geschmack,könnte nicht jeden Schmecken.Sie ist nicht so Scharf und Fruchtig wie die normalen. Zum Grillen/Burger o.ä. gehts aber Nudeln ect. wird es glaube nicht passen

A great hot sauce. The smoky flavor puts it over the top. A real smoke, not just another chipotle flavor. Hot, but not too hot and very smoky and flavorful.

​辛いものが好きでタバスコも冷蔵庫に常備していますが、これは別腹ならぬ「別ソース」として完全にレギュラー入りしました。 タバスコが「酸味と辛味」のパンチで攻めるタイプだとすれば、マリーシャープス、特にこのスモーキーは「旨味と香り」で勝負している感じです。全く競合しません。 ​商品名の通り、キャップを開けた瞬間から燻製のいい香りが漂います。 ただ辛い液体をかけるというよりは、野菜の旨味が凝縮されたソースを足す感覚に近いです。「中辛」という表記通り、刺すような激辛ではなく、ピリッとした刺激の後に深いコクが来ます。 ​ピザやパスタはもちろんですが、個人的には肉料理との相性が抜群だと思いました。 スーパーで買ってきた安いソーセージやチキンソテーにかけるだけで、一気に炭火で焼いたBBQのような風味になります。冬場、雪で外に出るのが億劫な時でも、これがあれば食卓だけは少しアウトドア気分になれて楽しいです。 ​辛さで誤魔化さず、料理のグレードを一段上げてくれる調味料として非常に気に入っています。
