To be 100% honest, I am beyond pleased with this product and the quality of customer service I received. I bought this for my husband as a birthday present and he LOVES it. The maker kept me caught up on the product, sent me progress photos and asked if I wanted to make any changes but the maker was spot on with my husbands likeness so I didn’t need to make any changes. I adore that this product is handmade and features hand made Imperfections like fingerprints here and there. I believe it adds a personal touch of detail. It’s not like they are very noticeable until you get to looking up close at the item. I will advise if you don’t like things that have slight imperfections, then don’t buy something handmade. Otherwise this is a wonderful gift for anyone for whatever occasion. I strongly recommend this item.

Wow! These are amazing. Purchased as Christmas gifts and they love them. I was kept up to date on the progress of the models with pictures, and I was able to make small changes. Ill be purchasing more of these as gifts.

I can't say enough about this artist. He/She is Beyond AMAZING ! I sent them a picture with my husband and grandson in it. Only picture I had with my husband in uniform. During the process they updated me with pictures as they did each and every step as you can see with the pictures in this review. I loved each picture, and the artist answered each and every question or concern that I had. I knew the finished product was gonna look great, but didn't realize how AMAZING it would look when I finally received it. I ordered it June 11, and it arrived finished and on my doorstep today, June 26th. It came in a beautifully decorated box with a bow. I was gonna leave it wrapped, but I had to take a sneak peek at what I ordered. Oh, my Goodness !!! My husband is going to LOVE it. I can’t wait to give it to him on Sunday at his birthday dinner. I would recommend this artist 100%. I am SO satisfied and I should point out that the bobblehead was wrapped so well from the inside out and even the beautiful box was wrapped in bubble wrap and another padded wrap, which made this product well protected. I will definitely turn to this artist the next time I am looking to give a unique and amazing gift that will be remembered forever.

I am an author and I had a figurine made of the main character from my book Plain Princess Jane. I sent the character art and he made this perfect figure from it. It’s so much better in every way than what you can get from “custombobbleheads” and for a much better price. Highly recommend this seller and will be coming back for more! Thank you!

They did a great job of making a caricature of my husband from a photo. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the head really doesn't bobble. In fact it barely moves. Other than that it looks great.
