I'm writing this review after the use of 3 months and honestly for calling purpose these buds are ok but if you're a music lover and looking perfect buds to have a perfect balanced sound then I would these are the buds with in 5k budget that you should go for.Deep baas, and ANC are the pros for which you'll get a beautiful experience while listening different types music or watching movies as well.Charging time within 2 hours and it goes upto 40+ hours happily on ANC.

I hope you will avoid buying this just by reading the headline. But in case you want to know more, here goes...I don't know if the so called product designers ever do a usability test.1. Shape of the earbuds. Whoever came up with this design, needs to be fired. Its a tedious task to even remove the earbuds from the charging case.2. Connectivity. Highly unreliable. Sometimes connects to my device like a charm. Sometimes, even after connecting the earbuds to my device, when I place a call, the sound comes from my device speaker and not the earbuds. I have to go to the bluetooth settings, disconnect the earbuds (even though it says the earbuds are connected), and reconnect. Every time it happens, I let out a silent curse, at times violently.3. Fit. Horrible. The earbuds just drop by themselves (yeah, yeah, I tried out all the different tips that were provided) even when I move in my chair. So, any of you who wishes to go for a brisk walk wearing these earbuds (forget about a jog) can abandon such thoughts.4. Erratic behaviour. Sometimes, when the earbuds connect, they do so in "Ambient Aware" mode. Waste of time to launch the app, and change to ANC (Noise Cancelling) mode (which is my preferred option).I was gifted a previous model 230NC which was somewhat better, but in exactly 1 year, those earbuds died on me. Before dying, they had all kinds of issues - announce connected, but not; fully charged 100% and within 1 minute of use, would drop to 30% and disconnect; when put to charge would take forever to charge. Planned Obsolescence.I have no idea why I bought these earbuds. Like they say in Hindi, Mati Maari Gayi Thi.

Good product, voice quality is good

Great sound quality, efficient noise cancelling. It's alright for calls though, depends on your noise cancelling settings. Great battery life too. I am using it just to listen mainly and am happy with it for the purpose.

Not Work properly.And it's to heavy.Sound is not proper, Ear Pain.Battery 🔋 is Best.Time limitations due to heavy and after that you use more time than your ear problem will start like ear pain, block sund ,not hear properly after it were long time (1-2 hr), not give properly sound , were and remove ater a 10 min your ear will heavy and not hear surrounding sond.My jbl tune 245 is not your one side, and I try coustomer support they recieved call 2 times and now the call is not recieved.Not proper Costumer support.

The volume is low, there should have been a little more sound and high bass should also be of JBL quality, connectivity takes some time The fit in the ear is normal, not too good, battery life is normal, looks good

I bought my JBL tune 245 on Amazon Prime Day Sale and that's when it was first launched.I couldn't find any reviews or anything as it was a first launch.I was worried if it would be better than any other tws at this price point as realme noise and OnePlus has greater driver noise cancellation dbs and so on.But trust me guys if u need some premium sound premium bass and overall a perfect premium sound quality u can go for JBL 245.None of the brand provides such a sound quality all other brands are just focusing on providing an artificial bass and unnecessary loudness.When u use JBL u can feel the difference a premium TWS provides.

One of the worst product, brand service also not available and Amazon also not helping. If you call the customer service centre either the number will be dead or they will say they will not service the earbuds. Stopped working after 4 months. They done even have a phone number for service centres. Worst mf's ever.
