Fun and Looks beautiful!
LOVE the way this mini house turned out! Really is adorable. Decent quality products - wood, plastic, paper. I would suggest reading the full instructions for each section before doing anything so you don't miss a small detail. It was a blast to put together and wast as expensive as it probably should be.

Happy with wooded tier house.
Really enjoying it. The white glue doesn't adhere a lot of things in the kit. I started using a small hot glue gun for many things. Simple paper attachments are fine with white glue. Snapping wood pieces out can damage them so best to use a box cutter or exacto to cut where attached so they pop out easier. Definitely takes many days to complete. Need some patience and thinking outside of the box. Pay attention to directions and labeling.

What a long and fun build!
What a nice and fun build this was! First the assembly manual. It was pretty good and fairly easy to follow, but there were a few mistakes that the builder just has to figure out as they go. The wood was basically junk. You have to cut the ties with a knife to avoid delamination's and breakages. It's not that hard, but your eyes need to be sharp as well as your knife! This project has plenty of paper/glue work. The pieces are pre-cut, and they fit perfect, but lots of time will be spent at the paper/glue stage. First step is to fold up and glue, nine books and roll up 22 newspapers. If you don't know how or can't figure it out, you'll be hours at it. I roll my newspapers up on a toothpick. It's a very easy way to do it. Pictures don't do this model justice. You can't really see the effect of the lights While I don't feel that this kit is one for novices or beginners, it is a very straight forward build, where the only lag time is waiting for the glue to dry and trying to figure out the next step. Enjoy the pictures!

Headache and heart break
CHEAPLY MADE The wood is so thin taking them out of the sheets breaks them. one figure is supposed to stand on its own with no supports?? The global or plant system ring doesn't make any sense and when trying to glue together it breaks from it being flimsy. The lighting/ wiring is a joke im afraid to turn it on in case of fire. I really wanted to love this because it looks beautiful in the picture

Worth the final product
This build was at times tedious (like having to scratch the white spots onto the mushroom yourself, and having to glue every crevice between the rocks to stick fake grass for realism points), and this company could definitely learn a thing or two from Rolife about how to design their pieces to pop out more easily, but the final product was definitely worth it all. Like any of these, you'll want to buy super glue separately (I use Gorilla Glue gel). This kit does include a (flimsy) box cutter and a small but good-sized bottle of Elmer's-type glue. In this kit, you're supposed to bend the LEDs in a certain way, but one of the LEDs came in such a way that I was unable to bend it. Fortunately, I was able to use that one in the front right corner (in the yard) where I didn't have to bend it. The music box mechanism of the right style was not terribly hard to find on Amazon. I found one that plays Hedwig's Theme from Harry Potter (sold by Pursuestar). I tried to upload a video but it wouldn't let me. I'll try again later.
