I wish I was recommended this years ago! This 2.5% benzoyl peroxide has become a staple in treating hormonal acne. Applied in the morning to early or active breakouts, it noticeably calms inflammation and speeds healing—often within hours. Morning application also avoids fabric bleaching. I pair it with adapalene at night on clean skin (separating AM/PM use), and my skin tolerates this combination well. Accommodating to a gentler routine (or every other day) on weeks when breakouts aren’t as prone. My only negative has been the drying effect from Adapalene. So in addition to my cold climate, an intensive moisturizer is a necessity. I did noticed a considerable purge around 6 to 10 weeks, don’t lose hope this means it’s working! Consistency is key. Research what works best for you, but this product has truly improved my skin.

Cleared me right up! I’ve only used it up to 2x/week, and applied moisturizer right after, and I haven’t noticed any drying problems. Calmed my acne by the 2nd use, and was cleared up after like 2 weeks (4 applications). I didn’t have severe acne, but reoccurring acne on the chin that just wouldn’t fully go away after months, but now it’s gone. Cheap and effective. No complaints.

Bought this for my preteen to help with pimples and let me tell you everytime w pimple pops up and I put a dab on it overnight, she wakes up with pimple gone.

I had really bad acne, white heads, little stubborn tiny bumps that NEVER went away. I used this in combination with the severe acne “acne free” orange bottle. I wash my face two/three times a week with the orange bottle, it is very strong be careful and the other days with a regular clear, fragrance free cleanser. Lastly, I put a thin film of this gel on the tiny bumps overnight, woke up the next day and they were gone. I used the acne free wash 3 times within the week before applying this gel.

Great for helping manage acne. We have a nephew who’s at that age now where certain foods cause break outs. This salve helps him a bit. I like it.
