Q: Can this manage frizzy hair? I have short hair and it looks like a porcupine when I don't put on hair moisturizer.

I'm not sure because I have fine hair.(thin,without much volume),which is why I chose this "Sky-Hi Volume" mousse. Maybe you could try one with less "volume" to it? i'm not sure. However,this is a great product for me! good luck☺
