Q: Are the edge of the hooks rounded or sharp 90 degree angles? I'm just curious if the edges of the hooks would cut into the elastic band over time?

Hello, we polished the hook so that it has a curvature and does not cut the resistance band.

Q: Are the E hooks available on their own? I have the one peice bar but want to be able to take up slack.

I don’t see them listed separately on their Amazon store page. Look on Etsy

Q: What is the weight limit for this?

We performed a load test of 800 pounds, but for safety reasons it is recommended that the weight not exceed 500 pounds.

Q: I saw the bar elsewhere with a rubber coating on the E hooks option. Does that help? Is it available?

Seems like it could help, but not really needed. Metal hooks are smooth enough to not cut into bands.
