During my sleep inertia months(6hrs of hell every day), i added this. And I was not prepared for how strong it would be. Apparently it can increase the effectivness of my Armodafinil, but whatever it did worked. I actually had to skip some days or take less with how well it worked. It worked as well as Maca powder, but with a cleaner energy.

I have adhd master of none kind of guy but that doesn't stop me from trying sounds fake but I tend to struggle thinking without coffee to the point it's dangerous for my health sometimes an this well it's a life saver don't take more than 1 a day because testing proves they don't know long term effects over 500mg a day or 3 months so give yourself breaks the body can break too

Hoping for more stamina and energy but did not notice any difference.

This is 500mg and is intended for relaxation and works as intended . If you look for stimulation you should look for smaller dose.

Improves my energy levels and improves my mood, I can tell the difference when I don’t take it. I’ve heard it described as a “nap in a pill” and I think that’s apt. This works as well as other more expensive extracts with the same ingredients.

Can't say that I notice a big difference or any at all. Somedays I feel like may give me a bit more energy or recovery, but not sure if it woth money. Will likely take out of my stack.

honestly was really hoping a lot based on the reviews here. but after taking this in the morning, empty stomach every day for 2 weeks, I cant really tell much of a difference. Im thinking to try another brand once i use this bottle up to see if that changes anything. Will also try upping to 1000mg for a couple days. Will update if I do notice anything.
