I had actually tried 3 other brands before purchasing this one. Thankfully these were the ones that worked. I took two of these, one around noon and one later in the evening. The next morning, when I got up I was able to go so these worked like a charm. I was starting to worry when nothing I took was working but these solved the issue and I will definitely continue to purchase this brand.
