There is no option to give zero stars, its deserves minus 10 rating, wasn’t cooling well from 1st day itself but it was a non-returnable and I used it for 4-5 days until it stopped heating altogether. This is soo expensive and absolutely useless.

I would have given five stars if it had lasted beyond 10 uses. The fabric quality is good, it doesn’t require an additional cover after heating, and the heat retention is long-lasting,so I’ve given it 3 stars. I’ve ordered another piece since the hot water bag doesn’t come with a warranty; hoping this one lasts longer.
