So SHARP. Razor sharp, it "shaves," like a razor. Good personal Steak Knife
This knife has a perfect blade. thick spine tapers to a razor. I use these "chef knives as personal steak knives. Restaurants supply, to cut their steaks, ALWAYS dull, ALWAYS serrated, ALWAYS "meat shredders." So, I carry my own. I started with a Japanese actual "personal steak knife with a nice leather case," however it is small, tiny, far too little for a 26 oz Prime Rib. So, I've found that the Chef Knives, like this one, or good sized and cut steak like butter, making the fine Steak and Prime Rib eating experience, even better. This knife has a bit of a chunky handle, large in the pocket, but it actually makes the steak experience, better. The price is great (incredible), for what you get, GOOD STEEL, great buy.

Great knife
I love the convenience of being able to use this knife at home in the kitchen or taking it with me camping or using it for other outdoor activities. Perfect size and I love the fact it folds for easy safe transport. Very comfortable to use. Not too heavy or too light.

Strong blade, sized right.
Excellent for food prep when camping. Packs easily, can safely carry in pocket when folded. Razor sharp for slicing meats and veggies. Well made and sturdy. Was a gift for my son who leads a worldwide trekking adventure company.

Kewl knives....
I have the bread and meat knives. I use them for trips and camping. They are long enough, and fold nice for safety and compactness. Super sharp. Not some high end German job, but they work nicely!

Not Bad
First of I’ll say it’s a decent knife. Pivot is tight. Wood scales finish could be a lot better. I’ll rub bees wax on them. That should brighten them up, also make them a bit more grippy as they seem slick to me. As for fit, could be a lot better. I’m seeing some voids next to the bolster. The pivot on the blade is nice. Doesn’t take much to deploy. Nice finish on the blade. The blade could be a lot sharper. I can take care of that as the steel is good. I’ll know more on its durability as I use it. I do like this knife. The sellers you see pushing it are just pushing for their cut. For $19 it’s not bad. Yes it was my $19 I spent no kick back here. I’m keeping as I just like knives. I’ll figure a use for this as it’s too big for an everyday carry. Maybe a camp box.
