I have been a convert to gingko biloba and ginseng over the last three to four months, in that time i have just been able to use a pressed tablet and that has been fine. With the product on offer to test through Vine, Fraction One have come up with a range of supplements all available in Gummie form and its one i'm quite familiar with, and makes it so easy to chew and eat, with a sweet taste like a berry. The dosage directions are two gummies a day and that is how the 6000mg is provided, with a top up of Siberian Ginseng of 24mg. I would say for anyone struggling with tablets or capsules, then gummies could be a viable alternative, but that does come at a price point. Personally i take quite a few supplements every day so i aim to buy in bulk and i want a good dosage and a good price, set against bulk quantities, which can be achieved. This product does list good extract ratio's which is good as more raw material is concentrated into each unit of extract. It's a reasonable alternative, gummies are growing in popularity, i'm just not one that can really afford the price point that these come at on a regular basis.

But these gummies did absolutely nothing for me. They're also rather sweet. And way overpriced for what they are. I've tried Korean ginseng in the past (which also did nothing for me), and I was hoping the Siberian might be different. Nope. Even if ginseng does something for you, you can find it much cheaper from other sellers.
