Bought this to replace a cheap spring assisted knife that fell apart after a few years. Bought this knife since I have a few other American made buck knives and they have been reliable. Bought this for every day use. Knife is heavy, nice feel in your hands. I would give this knife 5 stars if it was made in the US though. Would pay the extra $30 as well.

For years I carried a spring assist sharade EDC knife. When it finally broke I tried to order another one and discovered it had been discontinued. Just received this yesterday as the replacement and I'm more than happy with it.

Not very snappy at all for a knife that is supposed to be spring assisted.
